Krapfen

Krapfen are Austrian carnival sweets: doughnuts made from sweet yeast dough fried in fat or oil, with a marmalade or jam filling and powdered sugar on top. Yummy!!

    I am and indeed will most likely always be fond of doughnuts, never had one with marmalade though.
