Young Street Musicians
In Vienna street performances in public spaces require a permit. Performances have to take place in exactly defined locations and at stated hours, the reservation of locations in the city center requires even a charge. In addition performers must have reached the age of 16. These young musicians hopefully met all demands...
It's the same here, though street musicians here will tend to go for guitars as opposed to classical instruments.
