La Belle Epoque

The current installation in the main window of the Swarovski store on Kärntnerstrasse was inspired by Gaston Leroux’s famous novel, “The Phantom of the Opera” and its climax: the chandelier falls from the rafters. Costumes and jewelry are from the film adaptation of the novel by Joel Schumacher (2004).
