New Haircut #2

In another mural Lushsux also gets the "supreme leader" of North Korea a new haircut. Does this hair-do seem familiar to you or maybe recall someone?

    They've swapped hairstyles.

    But the pudgy little dictator from North Korea looks friendlier than 45.
