Vienna - a Liveable City

The yearly Economist Intelligence Unit's "Global Liveability Ranking" gauges liveability in terms of the severity of challenges that might affect a person's lifestyle in any given location, using five key criteria to rate each city: stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. According to the recent ranking Vienna is the second most liveable city! That's reason to celebrate and have a drink!
