Easter Lebkuchen

Lebkuchen is a traditional Austrian biscuit product (resembling soft gingerbread) baked mainly for Christmas but - as you can see here - also for Easter.

  1. I've never tried lebkuchen — I don't even know if anyone makes them here. I'd love to try some, especially the chocolate covered ones! I love soft cookies and these all look so delightful.
