Last weekend the "Buskers Festival" took place on Karlsplatz for the 4th time. Artists from across Europe presented their wide-ranging repertoires at the open-air spectacle: musicians and drummers, fire artists, acrobats, pantomimes, jugglers, magicians, break-dancers... The Bubble Fairy enchanted young and old with her huge soap bubbles.
Last weekend the third Vienna Street Art Festival ("Buskers Festival") took place on Karlsplatz. Artists from across Europe presented their wide-ranging repertoires at the open-air spectacle: musicians and drummers, fire artists, acrobats, pantomimes, jugglers, magicians, break-dancers... As today every good street artist has a website, I can tell you that the artist in this photo, Murray Mollow, has been performing all over the world for more than fifteen years and is one of less than fifty artists sufficiently trained to swallow swords currently performing in the world.
