If you want to know what to expect in the very near future, sometimes you just have to watch the ground: in this case there are stairs ahead in 15m. I have never seen a similar warning before...
I haven't seen something like that before either. I wonder if the staircase is one that can be easily missed- sometimes in the countryside you see signs here marked hidden drives, for driveways that can be overlooked.
